Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

In one sentence: Duna Player never collects what you watch, never touches your provider password beyond signing you in, and never sells data — the only things we see are anonymous technical facts (app version, device model) that keep the software working.

1. What the app processes

Your provider credentials (server URL, username, password) are stored locally on your own device and sent only to your provider's server to authenticate and fetch channel lists, EPG and VOD. We never see them, and they are never transmitted to us.

2. Anonymous technical data

When the app starts it may report anonymous technical information — app version, device/TV model, platform and a randomly generated device identifier (a one-way hash, not tied to your identity). This is used exclusively to: keep compatibility with older TV models, measure crash rates and plan updates. It contains no viewing history, no channel lists, no credentials.

3. This website

The website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. Download clicks are counted anonymously (file name, date) to understand which versions are in use. Server logs (IP, user-agent) are kept briefly by the hosting provider for security and deleted automatically.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any personal data with third parties. Content you watch is streamed directly between your device and your provider's servers; it does not pass through our infrastructure.

5. Your rights

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data, including credentials. For questions about this policy or to request deletion of any server-side anonymous records, contact [email protected].

This policy may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
