Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

Duna Player is a neutral media player. It contains no channels, movies, series or any other content, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. By installing or using the app you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the software

Duna Player is client software that connects — at your direction and using credentials you supply — to servers operated by third-party service providers. All catalogs and streams originate from and are the sole responsibility of those providers.

2. Your responsibility for access

You may only use Duna Player with accounts, playlists and content for which you hold a valid license or authorization. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country regarding reception and viewing of audiovisual content. We grant no rights to any content whatsoever.

3. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every provider server, or the availability, quality or legality of any third-party service. Streaming quality depends on your provider and your network.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the software, including disputes between you and your service provider, or costs of unauthorized use of content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the app to attack provider systems, redistribute modified copies under our brand, or use the software for any unlawful purpose. We may block app versions involved in abuse of our update infrastructure.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the software evolves. The version published on this page always applies. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
